We accept returns or offer refunds before the digital video invitation has been sent to the customer by email. Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, if there are any issues with the quality or content of the video, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to make any necessary adjustments. We want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase and will do our best to resolve any issues that arise.
Refunds will be made to the Original Payment Methods.
Please note that we are not responsible for any errors or mistakes made by the customer during the ordering process (such as incorrect spelling, date, or venue information). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details are accurate before placing an order.
