Delivery Policy:

Once a customer places an order, the digital video invitation will be delivered via email within 12-24 hours of payment confirmation. If the customer doesn’t receive their digital invitation within this time frame, they should contact us immediately to investigate the issue.

Please note that we do not offer refunds once the digital video invitation has been sent, as it is a non-tangible product that cannot be returned. However, if there are any issues with the quality or content of the video, we will work with the customer to make any necessary adjustments.

We also recommend that customers check their email spam folders in case the invitation is mistakenly marked as spam or junk mail.
